On 1 hand we cannot judge someone instantly without knowing the background of juz the way Kimberleyn did but on the other hand we need to present ourselves on the outside on how God is working in us. Just as a tree is known by its fruits similarly our faith is known by our works because works are a proof of our faith eventhough its not a necessity for salvation. Now clothing indicates modesty and modesty is a sign of gentleness and gentleness is one of the 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit. So we need to present ourselves as if we belonged to God not to this world. Hence clothing is something that surely tells that to whom we belong. When it comes to judging it's not me who should judge rather it should be the Word of God which is our ultimate authority, it is that by which we as Christians should judge.
