  • Amid the conflict in Ukraine, thousands of Putin's opponents have left Russia. Young activists who have fled are working to inform remaining Russian citizens about the realities of the war.

Propaganda has played a major part in Putin's war against Ukraine - and with independent media sources now banned, many Russians continue to be oblivious to the realities of the conflict. 'Propaganda is everywhere, on every corner, in things like internet sources. A lot of people are deprived of this information. It’s one of the things that the regime is using to be stronger', explains activist Daria. She's one of many Russians who have fled the country - and is now working to inform Russians of the truth about the war. Many feel conflicted about fleeing: 'By staying in Russia you become an accomplice to the massacre of thousands of people. But I hear many people say "go back to Russia and protest!"', explains activist Lev. 'Going back to Russia would be difficult: too many people support the war', says student Sonya.

Georgia should stop trading with Russia and close the border.

Frankly: as the Georgian state I would consider how many Russians you allow to settle in your country. Russian state has a long history of using the execuse of "protecting" Russian speakers and passport holders to invade and partition their neighbours.

I was going to say the same thing and these same Russians will support it. Biggest issue Is since the 'fall' of the soviet Union there has been NO de-communization of the populace we just took there words for it and we are here now

This video is very new/current and things are changing fast. I hope everybody keeps their minds open.
From Canada, I see the global changes. I see the fall of the Petrodollar. This is a major realignment of the Global Economy, and of global power blocks. .. We don't know what the future will be, but I look for de-escalation everywhere. ..
For another point of view, I watch "The Duran" on RUclips.
