I think it would be muuuuch better if you used plastic or even cardboard. It's really obvious that it's just pieces of paper stuck on with glue. The paper on the legs just looks awful. You also went a bit overboard with the hot glue. Even on camera I can see all the glue trails and little pieces stuck in between the paper. The chest also looks pretty good so all the glue just ruins it. Try using parts from other transformers or even Lego. When you're putting stuff together use Blu-Tak or double sided tape.
