In the movie, protagonist falls down while working out and when she wakes up, she sees herself in the mirror and she is surprised to see that she became ‘pretty’. Skinnier and prettier, she feels more confident and happy. People also praise her and befriend her. At some point she realize that she never really became pretty and looked just like her own self all this time. And she truly embraces herself and realize that mindset and confidence was what people saw. In the mv, soyeon is miyeon, yuqi, minnie. Scenes where she is dressed just like them indicate she saw herself as pretty and confident (dreaming while on the surfery bed). And like in the movie I feel, she wakes up and realize people liked her even without her plastic surgery or what not. This mv was kind of hard to understand without the movie I feel context.

Although I agree that it has a good message, it is somewhat hypocritical and satirical as they are one of the most attractice kpop groups, and some definitely had plastic surgeries, not to mention that they are definitely selling their looks on this music video! 今回は２曲で一つの作品となっていて単なる曲ではなくショートムービーとなっている所が本当に凄い。
制作発表の時にソヨン先生がコメントしていましたが今回の基本となるベースは「I Feel Pretty」からインスピレーションを受けて、それをハイティーン＆Y2Kに置き換えて作ったみたいですね。
撮影監督のコメントもありましたが今回はアメリカでの撮影をベースにして撮影したようですが色々修正などもあったりして全部で４か月もかかって結構大変だったって言ってましたね。
I-DLEはKPOPガールズグループの中では完全に別枠＆別格扱いだから本当に凄い。
自分はKPOP全体が大好きで、どのグループ＆ソロにもいい所は一杯あるから比較するのがそもそも間違っていますね。
