Rather than 4x large radiators, I'd go with 3x large radiators all blowing in and 1x radiator spot just with fans to get all the hot air out again. That'll probably be cooler and quieter than going all-radiator. Radiator overkill is nice, but proper airflow is better.
Water cool the RGB and watercooling pump while ur water cooling everything else........ be kinda funny to see a water ring on the bottom of the pump since its cooled as it runs but what the hell

@@toaster_bloke9999 there's no point in having a xeon with the low clock speeds, as much as it may facilitate workloads well it won't do much in gaming.
Just bought one of these after searching for a decent case to fit a 420 alphacool monsta in Which was quite a search until I came across this video. Only minor thing about the case is the magnets on the fan filters came as bare metal in contact with the case and as they stick rather well to the case trying to remove them can result in minor scratches so taking them out carefully and taping them over just enough so they still stick but also dont scratch the paint is a quick and easy remedy.
Yes I know I have seen. But the case was trending search this morning when I looked so hence my comment. I didn’t see it on the trending the day before.

I think the sizes should be reversed there. An editing system could better use the larger format than gaming system.

It would actually be better if the streaming/production system was up top that way you can run a graphics card, and capture card. This way you're not limited to an APU based system and not to mention it would just look better, because then you can have your GPU mounted vertically to show it off instead of having a capture card mounted vertically.
@ You can stream without a dedicated capture card via ethernet via OBS plugin! Its called OBS NDI setup. Meaning top is Intel for gaming. And bottom is AMD for Streaming. There is even an OBS plugin to use AMD GPUs to help with encoding: AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin for OBS Studio. So you can put in a cheap RX590 or AMDs WX workstation card (if the plugin supports these cards).
@@drumsxo so what,, air cooling is actually more responsive to temperature changes right?? so, water cooling handles loads, but there is more delay on the heat transfer??
Since there is room for 4 big radiators (or maybe more smaller ones), you should see if you can watercool everything in the system, CPU, GPU, MB, RAM and SSD, and every part gets its own radiator.
Don't know if cooling the SSD would work, because the SSD slots are on the opposite side of the motherboard tray, and there isn't a lot of space there... As for Jayz comments about RGB SSD drives, I must agree, however, I should also point out that you can put lights around the SSD glass, or possibly even get a kit if they make one, to mod your SSD with RGB, and avoid the heat problems

Years ago early water-cooling all the pumps and radiators we're mounted outside the case . Water cooling comparable cases had ports on the back to route hoses thru. It was common to see motorcycle radiators used outside the case.
Finished a build with this case. Core i9 9980XE, EVGA RTX 2080Ti HC, GSkill 3466 all on a EVGA Micro X299 with Aquacomputer/Alphacool water loop with a 240 and 360 radiator. Runs at 5Ghz sub 80°C prime95 stress and ~8400 Cinebench. Haven't OC the GPU yet, but the case is a very good case, I recommend it. One note, it's easier to run the chassis wires on the inside above the side rad where the case has cutout to the wire management channels. I got a ton of info from JayzTwoCents and was inspired to do my first custom water loop, but I'd like to see JayzTwoCents do a build with this case.
Found this case on Phanteks site and knew it was what I was looking for. I've started the build and the case is a solid design. I'm installing a dual loop with a 480 and a 420 radiator and so far I haven't ran into any limitations with the loops installed. The biggest point for me was the side radiator on the exterior of the chassis promotes a laminar flow which lets someone use low RPM fans, so it's quiet.
I say use the larger Mobo area to do an ultimate Gamer build AND THEN! Use that smaller itx mount to build a dedicated smaller system just for streaming 👌
Jay this should be your next personal gaming/editing rig. You could do a dual loop build with a 480 in each loop. Dual 2080 ti's and a 16+ core cpu. You could probably use some T fittings and valves so the fill and drain port can service both loops. You would probably still have room for a little ITX based NAS. Four 4TB sata ssds would make a nice little nas with enough speed and capacity for video editing. If that wasn't enough, a lot of the mini itx boards have 2 m.2 mounts, so you could use one for the os, and one for a cache drive. You cold also go completely off the depend with the NAS and use an APU to free up the pcie slot, so you could use one of the expansion cards to mount 4 m.2s. This would be a worthy successor to skunk works in my opinion.

This is exactly what I'm looking for, and looks like it is not even available yet. Pre-order from Amazon, and the price is nice, 200 bucks, not to bad! I will be getting one
do No Fanboy build where you fit dual system featuring intel, amd and nvidia component all at once
All Components White and a LOT of white light, to the point where the PC is also a lamp.
The case is black... Womp womp

Dual system? Can you do a gaming + streaming pc in one? That would be a pretty sick setup and reflect on a possible use_case_. Heh.
Yes, build in it. Maybe you can do a 2 in 1, one for gaming and another for streaming in the same case.
how about ryzen 9 3900x for editing and then 9900k for gaming and both water cooled of course ;)
G'day Jay,
That would be an Awesome case for a Custom Water Cooled AMD Athlon 200GE & RX550 😁
Yeah for sure bro. Lol.
i nominate the upcoming ryzen 7 3950x with the 5700xt fully watercooled to be built in this awesome case. Pls make it happen.
I want this thing to be full, fully equipped with everything you possibly can
why not use this for a new Skunkworks?
Please. For science.
We need a dual system case, with SLI on the primary system, where both cards are in the vertical slots, using riser ribbons. Piped for water-cooling of course. For the ultimate show PC.
The second system could just use integrated graphics to host a nas/plex server.
You know you have to do a streaning pc and gaming pc combo in the case Jay
GIRL don't you K N O W I T
2 systems, one for gaming and another for streaming and / or server, all with watercooling loop running on both systems. I wonder how would look a full loop with rgb and water in there.
That case is amazing.
Just do it Jay!
Jay, Please build a ryzen 3950 ITX / x3999 threadrupper at the top with your most powerful threadripper...and then run them head to head in benchmarking while using shared waterloop cooling
Get one of those ridiculous 80+mm thiCC Monsta radiators as push pull config and slap it on bottom of the case!
Pump -> GPU -> Bottom Rad -> Front rad -> CPU -> Top -> Side -> Pump. That way both the CPU and GPU get 7x120mm
He'll probably be building 2 PC's in this case. It accepts 2 motherboards and more than enough rad space to cool everything ;)
MiiTCH hnghhhhhhh
Go all out man! That case is worthy! Put every damn thing in it!
