Surely, the DA isn't waiting to offer her a deal in exchange for her testimony against SS. With all the overwhelming evidence found on his phone I would think her testimony against him wouldn't be necessary. She should be arrested and charged accordingly.

I fully believe LE did make a case against Jenn, but when they presented it to the D.A., it was turned down (probably b/c the State didn't feel it was strong enough to win....*YET). I still have some hope that she will be charged with something...just "Not at this time".
The other scenario would be the States using her as a witness in Stephen Sterns case, but I think that would be extremely stupid. They have mountains and mountains and mountains against Sterns. He will be convicted. They don't need over-medicated, lying Jenn to get that conviction!

Most normal boyfriends would not want their step daughter sleeping in the same bed even if it's totally innocent, because it's just not something a grown man should be doing with a child he is not blood related too, especially.
