I highly recommend using Span in M/S mode while playing with tools like Spatifier. The correlation meter alone is just an average of the whole spectrum. So it can show positive values while certain bands are out of phase. But looking at sound is just one thing... Make yourself a default mono hotkey! Mono speakers are celebrating their comeback right now. :)
wicked video as always, but dude, I know you love Span, but your not using it in MS mode, showing Mono as 1 colour and Stereo (Sides) as another colour :)
@@joshualeet no, you can set the standard version up to show mid/side as 2 difference colours It's in the drip down menu next to routing. There's videos on how to do it on youtube.

I always use it where it shows the R & L sides as different colors
