It took me 35 years to move to the place I wanted to be and YOU really inspired me with your move to the country. I Finally bought the mountain home in a rural area of NC I had dreamed of. (Then had to live through hurricane Helene). It’s been an amazing and challenging trip. 2024 was huge!
I would say what I’m proud of the most this year was completing a 10k I knew I could do it but it took so much to complete it but the fact that I’m able to celebrate that I completed it just fills my heart. Btw I’m loving your channel lately idk what shifted but I’m loving the change it feels very authentic but still so motivating.

I finished my 2nd degree and graduated this past August! 🎓 It took me so long to finally push through and finish, but I did it and I'm so very proud of myself! Oh, and I'm 49!! 🎉
This year I completed my first term of Occupational Therapy school in December. It was very challenging OT school prepares and builds you up to have “grit”. Also, I’m proud that I was able to have the summer off for my daughter’s SDR surgery. Juggling being a single mom and raising a daughter with a disability, while in OT school full-time, and financially both supporting us has not been easy. I am so proud of myself. In 2025 I plan on focusing on saying “no” more and focusing on what makes me happy. 😊
I was thinking what to say when you asked what amazing thing we dd this year was, as I'm chronically ill and mostly bed-ridden, so I thought, well, I did nothing, yet again, but then I thought, no girl, you stayed alive, I got through another year, and I'm ALIVE, I've got so many medical issues and I only go out for hospital visits, and I'm still here, so that is my big achievement! I need to learn to stop comparing myself to what others can do, and take what I can do as MY big achievements! 12/26/24 1 year ago in one more day I started with your DG planners and my health journey as the first goal and priority. Grateful to have achieved a -50 lb. loss and overall much improved health. Now taking on new business goals with renewed confidence and many new goals to check off for 2025! I am very proud of what I did in 2024 for sure and grateful.
I had my second child! It's been so difficult but so worth it. I love our family with every part of me and healing to create my own loving family. Also, I started going back to school for a career change and it's been so fun. Thanks for letting us share our wins with you. You're amazing.
I had my second baby (a daughter this time) in June and feel I transitioned from 1-2 kids very well and my husband and I moved our whole family of us, a toddler, an infant, and two big dogs from Wilmington, North Carolina to Central Pennsylvania to be close to my husband's family and raise our kids around family and also we wanted out of the city and to be out in the country! Now we live rurally and right in the same area as the Amish lol! We sold our house in NC just 2 weeks ago and now we are looking for our house! Prayers we find the perfect home for us soon please 🥰 and also we start trying for baby #3 and last baby in February! 2025 will be another huge year for us and I'm excited!

I achieved a lot for my small business, also closed another small business this year, traveled to Japan, did a lot of solo things that made me really proud of myself, lost over 10 pounds and going for more, have a healthier lifestyle! I am proud of myself for getting my Christmas decor up before Thanksgiving this year. We put up lights outside for the very first time as well. I’m Vet Tech student and After several attempts over the past few years I’ve failed biology and I finally passed it this year! And have re-enrolled and moving forward in my semester. I’m also proud of me changing my diet ever since finding out I needed my gallbladder removed. I had surgery in July and am doing better.

I am happy to say I am down 40 pounds since May and I graduated with my bachelor's degree in May also. I also got a job at a D1 school for the academic school year.

This has been a very rough year. It has been like a bad country song. I’ve been hospitalized multiple times, my baby girl Puppy dog of 13 years passed away (the grief is real and it has felt like losing a child), I’ve had Covid 3 times, had a hip replacement, a DVT, had sepsis, pneumonia, broke my foot, and the list goes on & On. However, I am grateful for God for carrying me through the darkness. For everyday that I get to wake up to see my 7 year old daughter thriving. For my family and friends who have loved me and for their generosity and support. And for the countless RUclipsrs (including yourself) who share their lives and bring light into the darkness! ❤
I love your videos so much and I loooove your house at Xmas. I’m a newer viewer but I’ve watched every video since I found you and they are my favourite for when I’m cleaning, cooking, or just need to relax and have a little positivity boost. I’m proud of myself this year for getting a new apartment by myself after ending a long term relationship. That’s a very good question. I have no idea one of my grateful for well for starters. I’m grateful for this channel. I’ve always said that I love this channel. I love your decorating ideas and your DIY and whatever love it love everything about it. I especially love your 50 minute videos of decorating it takes me away. I’m so grateful for that Grateful for my Guide dog yes guide dog he’s a big boy. He’s about 54 to about 60 pounds you can say he’s a medium large dog and a love for my parents my brother and his family. My niece and nephew I don’t know. I am happy to say I am down 40 pounds since May and I graduated with my bachelor's degree in May also. I also got a job at a D1 school for the academic school year.

I love that you mentioned Christmas pudding 😊 we did a Christmas Carol themed dinner this year including a goose, mulled wine and figgy pudding! We had never made any of those before and the pudding was actually a hit!

This has been a very rough year. It has been like a bad country song. I’ve been hospitalized multiple times, my baby girl Puppy dog of 13 years passed away (the grief is real and it has felt like losing a child), I’ve had Covid 3 times, had a hip replacement, a DVT, had sepsis, pneumonia, broke my foot, and the list goes on &
On. However, I am grateful for God for carrying me through the darkness. For everyday that I get to wake up to see my 7 year old daughter thriving. For my family and friends who have loved me and for their generosity and support. And for the countless RUclipsrs (including yourself) who share their lives and bring light into the darkness! ❤

I love your videos so much and I loooove your house at Xmas. I’m a newer viewer but I’ve watched every video since I found you and they are my favourite for when I’m cleaning, cooking, or just need to relax and have a little positivity boost. I’m proud of myself this year for getting a new apartment by myself after ending a long term relationship. Getting to decorate it in my taste and having everything where I like it has actually been really liberating.

That’s a very good question. I have no idea one of my grateful for well for starters. I’m grateful for this channel. I’ve always said that I love this channel. I love your decorating ideas and your DIY and whatever love it love everything about it. I especially love your 50 minute videos of decorating it takes me away. I’m so grateful for that Grateful for my Guide dog yes guide dog he’s a big boy. He’s about 54 to about 60 pounds you can say he’s a medium large dog and a love for my parents my brother and his family. My niece and nephew I don’t know. I’m grateful for a lot of things really but mainly because I love your chat and the daily grind love that.
