I didn’t hear about electrolytes until i was following a diet regimen: ADF, Keto diet or carnivore. I think we’re the target. Living a regular life, eating regularly, I don’t think you need it.
I started with the 20 buck pak with samples LMNT and decided to order the big box and I clearly stated No subscription but today I got another box and I still have 3/4 of the first box. At 135 bucks a box I cannot afford more of the LMNT paks. CAREFUL FOLKS!
