My expression when I saw him was the same Heihachi had while saying "I am Heihachi Mishima" . Although he should have been in the game since d1, I and almost all Heihachi mains (if not all)didn't care if he was dead or not, still, I am happy that Harada "lied" to us, he will come back. Also it will be interesting to see how op or/and easier they will make him since he will be a dlc.

For sure. I found it funny and clever that he lied to us. I’m with you though. I’m looking forward to seeing the moves that he’s got. 👌🏾🔥🔥

As a Heihachi main since T2 I’m surprised he came back so early but am extremely happy. Harada ‘technically’ didn’t lie, yes I know shocking and he has before, but Heihachi was 100% killed in T7, in the T8 story he is brought back to life by black magic or my theory is ogre who I believe may be our 4th dlc character. Either way I think they pulled it off brilliantly, because everyone believed the leaks and the genuine shock and excitement was what Tekken needed and it will bring a lot of players including myself back to the game. I still feel Reina will have relevance and to play she’s still quite cool. Interesting point about T4 btw not many people liked it, but personally I feel it was hugely underrated and was actually a really well made game just that it came after the global success of T3 and that was really hard to follow. Gave the video a like btw good content

Yeah I think the same about Reina. When I look deeper into what Harada said about Heihachi, maybe you’re right. Thanks for liking the video 🙏🏾

@@tyrelsgameland no worries it does at the end say the king of iron fist resurrection and when Heihachi emerges it’s not the volcano it’s from the explosion at the dojo or temple/training grounds… there’s also a statue which really looks like Ogre so it’s interesting either way and stories in fighting games are always far fetched that’s the fun of them haha

When Heihachi was announced for Tekken 8, I had a mixed reaction. He was one of my secondary mains in Tekken 7 and a primary main in earlier games, so I was happy that he came back. But from the main story perspective, it made Tekken 7 absolutely useless. This seems to be the case for any big franchises mostly, where story became lackluster and only focused on online elements and gameplay and graphics. For me since Tekken 5, is where a lot of the story and those "what if" endings became quite anime-like. No longer having much serious tone to them except a few. Also, my biggest gripe gameplay-wise since Tag 2 is the infinite juggle spam. Every online player felt the same, as if one person had opened up millions of accounts. In 7 and 8, I had faced so many Laws, Hwoarangs, Bryans, Kazuyas and Eddies...all those people in high ranks played the exact same way! Copy n' paste! I'm not much of a juggle spammer (not much of a master anyway), but I do use some for only a limited time during a match while trying out variety of move sets that I know which is more fun that way. For me the last best game is Tekken 5. After that, I believe that's the turning point of Tekken in the negative direction.

@@necroheartplucker Interesting point you made. I understand that feeling of online players in Tag 2. That was annoying 😂 But I agree on the main story for Tekken 7 being useless.
