    I made this recipe exactly how it was laid out and it turned out perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness and the green tea flavour is very prominent. :) I made it as a valentine's day treat for my boyfriend - I'm sure he'll love it as much as I do.

    I followed this recipe for the winter holidays and everyone loved it! Kids, adults, picky non-adventurous eaters all enjoyed this fudge! It is the perfect level of sweet.

    Oishiisou! This looks so good! Every year my mom has a holiday soup and dessert party and we try to have red, white and green foods. This would make a fantastic green dessert and I'm thinking of trying it w/ dried cranberry or strawberry powder as well for a "red" version.

    oh jeez those are SPLENDID! I made some dear friends very happy, they're japan-holic and could not believe the taste of the matcha!
    on the procedure I must say I reversed it out of habit, and added cream and butter to the molten chocolate, but ack! it started to separate as the mixture got too hot! for a moment there I despaired, but luckily I cooled it in time an the result came out tasting perfect and with a good texture overall. thank you Namiko chen!

    Put some strong flavor honey(multifloral) when you are mixing the chocolate.
    Thank me later.😋😋😋
    And if the recipe isn't working(the chocolate doesn't harden)
    Apply 100gr more of white chocolate and 5gr of matcha powder and try again.

    • @lientran6855
      @lientran6855 4 года назад +5

      Of course it wouldnt harden. Chocolate is oil-base and honey is kind of a thick sugar syrup which doesnt have any oil in it. Basically these two things cant be combined together and thats why it didnt hard

    Hello Nami I made two of your recipes last night. This one and the chicken wings nimono. I was ambitious! What a big hit my associates loved the chocolates!!! I had trouble all of the chocolate. I had used 3 1\2 bars. The bars are 4.4 oz. I had to use more cream. I'll send pictures later. I actually made the chocolates for some one special.

    I tried this recipe and it turned out almost perfectly!! My chocolate separated a bit, but I think that was my own fault for heating it too much. When I froze it, some of the oil came to the very top of the chocolate, but the rest beneath it was perfectly fine :)

    i guess one could go for a fancy "cute" look with funny latex ice cube trays. (if the shapes are not too complex and the tray is nice and flexible, they ought to be removable..)
    anyways, this looks like a great 手みあげ for lovers of japanese style food!
