He is a true legend and one of the reasons why today there is a Turkish cinema industry in existence.. in his 45 years of active movie making he has appeared credited in 327 movies , topping up to 20 movies in a single year. He sadly passed away June 28, 2022 at the age of 85
i dont accept any bad comments and critics about this guy he is hero of my childhood i grew up with these cheesy movies he made movies with unbelievable low budget like gas money kind. i cant even imagine if he had some decent money what can he can do
Damien89 The man is truly a legend. He is actually a doctor. He is also a master of many fighting styles. He acted in many movies. 3. He would play the character of James Bond. But it didn't. (Years ago) Even Jean Claude Van Damme admired his style. He even met Cünety Arkın in a Turkish program during his visit to Turkey.
The only Time I Know him was in the Coke-cola Commercials on RUclips from My Childhood, *sigh* Memories. May he Rest in Past, I’ll Always Remember him in the Coke-Cola Commercials.😔
I went on a date with a Turkish actor a few year ago, she said he's gone back to being a Doctor and is considered a joke in the same way maybe Australian think about Paul Hogan. He's not hated but is just a bit cringey.
Yeah I think he was (sadly he died recently) kind of a cheesy figure to many Turks, inevitably. He could act, though, and his early career was quite different. To me he's about the most charismatic actor I've ever seen.

Dunyayi Kurtaran Adam is where it started for many of us.
I know him from Turkish Star Wars. Brandon Tenold does a hilarious revue on his RUclips channel.
