Moro/Startle Reflex will help baby let go if they are pulling their own hair! Lay baby down, support the neck and then drop your hand suddenly. Baby is still supported but they do the startle reflex and baby's hands will open!
I don’t remember the step reflex disappearing in my own children.:. However I do remember it not be present in my friends child that has hypertonicity… wondering if this particular-reflex can be absent and an early warning sign of cerebral palsy. I just remembering noticing it wasn’t there and now my friends baby is feeling more & more stiff especially her legs and spine very rigid and her hand & arms seem to have awkward movements.
God is so great, the way he treated us is so amazing 😊
