  • Bought a set of Autel MX dual band 315mhz + 433Mhz tpms sensors from amazon and didnt know they needed Autel tool to program them. So I did a video tutorial using Autel TS601. If you dont want to have to purchase a tool to program tpms sensors but want to save money with Aftermarket sensors. I recommend getting Pre-programmed sensors. Then any shop can relearn them to your vehicle.

A lot to get used to. Looking at the TS601, I was surprised to see the Infiniti Q50 requiring a 2nd activation tool to complete the relearn. But overall, you did a good job on the repair.

The Q50 does not need a 2nd Activation tool. The TS601 is all I needed to program and relearn the sensor to the car. I found that pressing the start buttom twice (ignition) is not needed. Just need to be in acessory mode only. In ignition mode the tool asked for a 2nd scanner to activate, that didnt make sense to me so tried it again with just acessory mode and it worked.
