This Nordstrom thing happened near where I live. The criminals that were caught and put in jail were literally let go after a few days. No consequences.

The shopping mall system disadvantages those without money to pay for things, it is an outdated and archaic way of distributing goods to the population, since money-disadvantaged groups are unable to partipicate and thus face systemic discrimination.

Your assessment of the "ghost gun" case is incorrect. The issue is whether or not a rule-making entity (in this case the BATFE) can change the definition found in a law (e.g. a frame/receiver) without the itself being changed by Congress.
Essentially it means that if I wanted to buy a billet of metal to mill into a widget, but that billet is considered a frame/receiver because of its dimensions, I would have to purchase it from an FFL, have it serialized, and regardless of what the metal widget is I make from it, it is legally considered a firearm. It's an extreme example, but a valid one.
I thought I was the only one who picked up on that. It's an issue for the states not the president.
