GP2 went from almost being a videographer to being paid higher than six other players on the team. And he took full advantage of that opportunity. I’m glad that he’s getting at least one decent payday with Portland. If he stays healthy, I can see him doubling that with a second contract.

The big predicament is GP2 and JP. Their salaries are so low for what they have accomplished that I'm pretty sure other teams would be willing to give them at least 5x that. Iggy could maybe retire and the 'Warriors can offer him a front office job so he can keep mentoring their players.

Any nba newcomer signs a contract with his team and it's up to his performance whether or not he is qualified for a raise in salary when his contract expires. If not, he can request for a trade to another team.

How the heck Moody l/Kuminga/Wiseman gets $3/7/9 millions as a rookie and doesn’t play/do much compares to the others GP II, Otto Porter, iPoole etc?? Especially Wiseman. Iggy, a final MVP gets a bet minimal just a little above a mil, way less than those rookies, wth! W’s management are messed up! Messed up salaries arrangement. You get 4 players way to much salaries and the others so little…they also gets brands contract money on top of the regular salaries…that’s just way too much, that’s why they’re always over the cap and need to pay luxury tax…the demands for some top players salaries are unrealistic and unreasonable as much as they’re good like Curry. Klay/Green/Curry/Wiggins doesn’t Always play as good, especially Klay out for two years and still gets more than $30 mils.
Think it's a rule due to them being high draft picks. If you notice the salaries go up depending on how high the draft pic was. I'm sure if warriors could offer lower they would, perhaps best to check the exact rules maybe there is something there
