I love it haha. It really is more dramatic to complete these lines and accomplish these physical feats. It encapsulates the strength of the human mind and the power of will and determination.
How can you not love Honnold? He's a funny, down to earth, and really genuine dude. Phenomenal climber, yet he's not a dick about it. He just climbs because he loves it. He doesn't care about competition, he doesn't care about being the best (and he's arguably one of the best.)
The distance between the clip where Alex is in it and the next is about 1700km of driving or about two days. So that's like saying the weather in Florida is better than in Massachusetts.

O it’s another example of this thing! When people first start their channel, a lot of times they act really tough. Sling shot channel is a perfect example of this. He’s super tough in the first few videos and then he becomes more comfortable and now he’s just a sweet friendly funny humble guy. In the first 25 seconds of this video you can hear the same thing. Magnus is kinda talking tough. Demolition Ranch same thing. At first people really try to hide their vulnerabilities and then their channel’s get bigger and you see more and more of them. It’s a very interesting phenomenon. It makes sense but it’s cool. You can tell they really love their job. I only wish more people could do it and love it and be happy. Humility is key. Especially when it’s real.

Man I wish I had rock like that. People don't know how lucky they are to have cliffs and mountains on their doorstep. I'd have to drive at least 300 miles to get anything remotely close, makes me so sad. Life could've been so different :/
