He despises Act of Depression, Cries of the Past and The Changing of Times. They like to pretend it never happened. They like to pretend that They're only Chasing Safety was their first album. lol sad really.
To be fair, Spencer has only been in 1 other project since joining underoath while Aaron has to separate uø songs in his head from The Almost, solo stuff, worship era stuff, and probably the Paramore stuff he had to learn 😂. Would love to see Chris do this list to see if he brings up any Dallas-era songs.
I feel for Aaron though. The second someone asks me to name my favorite songs or just list anything I know the answer to my brain just plays elevator music and goes blank lol
I was shouting out titles at the screen, lolol. I was so into this! My competitive side really came out! Side note: Since when has trashing on Aaron been the trend now? I'm so tired of seeing things about his weight, his look, his personality change. He's 35 now, not 23. And as far as his appearance goes, he can dress up however he wants and weigh 400 pounds for all I care. His drumming and lyric writing is still amazing and it still means a lot to me. And even now at 35, Aaron I still have the biggest musician crush on him, like when I used to watch him play in the old days. He's still sexy and still talented. Disagree with me all you want, but at the very least, body shaming him, and putting him down is really shitty. He's also been through a lot in his personal life, and criticizing him for cursing??? Come on now, he isn't 10 years old. You can be any religion and curse like a sailor, if that's why you have a problem with it so much. but I digress. I absolutely love Aaron and wish that I could have a chance to meet him, but I have accepted that it won't happen.
Spencer my interview with you last year was compelling and you fully engaged in all my questions, Aaron you are cool and all but you really need to step down off the high horse.
Raven Hopkins I mean he was very self absorbed and acted like he had much better things to do. Spencer treated me like a friend of 10 years and was very playful and cool as you can be when meeting fans and doing interviews. Aaron also was very short with his answers and that’s fine but he was clearly not digging the situation. I’ve met about 75 bands and various members of each at this point and he ranks at the very bottom for me in terms of the experience of meeting a musician you look up to. Even when you don’t want to be there or you’re tired, you should also understand people pay hard earned money for the records you make and the tours you go on. Underoath most of all should appreciate the fans because it’s us the fans that kept them alive online and sold out the Rebirth tour venues, putting much needed money into there pockets. Not only that but it’s our response that has brought them back to making new music again. He just needs to realize that The Almost sucked and he owes it to Underoath and the fans for his success and popularity.
OMG I thought this was only me when I met both of them - I was so completely disappointed and disillusioned after meeting Aaron. He seemed to be dismissive and apathetic and just seemed like he didn't want to have anything to do with me and I was like is he like this with all his fans? Cause I thought maybe it was because he saw I was Muslim (I wear a hijab/headcovering). But Spencer was so friendly, loved meeting him. At least he didn't completely make me feel like I was a nobody and seemed to give a damn about his fans. If all of the band members were like Aaron, I would have probably stopped listening to Underoath because of how personally disappointed I would feel.
Sadia Reza Exactly, Aaron should understand some of us have been watching and listening to him for over 10 years and that moment is special to us. I know it must get old for them meeting so many people but I’m sorry that life and job/profession is a very rare and lucky chance and to have that attitude towards the people who helped you become successful is very disappointing. I’m sorry your experience was not so pleasant, but glad to hear Spencer was the same cool guy he’s always been. Also I would like to note I met and spoke with the entire band 1 on 1 and everyone was amazing and fun to talk to besides our boy Aaron.
I agree with you. I also met Daniel when he was touring with Underoath, and he was pretty cool. He stood and talked to me. He wasn't my favorite member I've met, but he was cool. I think that Aaron has a big head. I think he's become selfish as times passed. I know that he went through and divorce, so maybe he's not himself anymore.
I thought he was too. The bible says not to use foul language but he very could still be Christian. We don't know how his heart or what his mindset is. He could've slipped away from Christianity or he probably don't think profanity is a sin, which it is 100%. Some Christians don't think it is a sin but the bible clearly speaks against it.
Most christians, like myself, slip up and cuss. I think that he cusses way to much and it is unbecoming. That said I'm not God and I don't know where his heart is.
megan forman even tho every passage in scripture that speaks about foul or unwholesome language is clearly about how you use your words and not making certain ones taboo. If you actually read the whole passage instead of singling out a single verse the text goes on to say things like "only what is good for building others up", so clearly the issue is with basically not being a dick and using your words to encourage others instead of put them down. Today's English curses are merely words that rich people decided were bad because the poor used them. And this didn't occur until hundreds of years after any biblical character said anything about swearing. And to me it's a bit absurd that a few words that nobles declared taboo to make themselves look better than peasants now have moral weight to them, but that's just my opinion. If you believe they're sinful then don't say them, I believe they are not and it doesn't affect my relationship with God so each of us may follow our interpretation of what's right, and we can find out who had it wrong when we meet God
Aaron needs to spend a little bit more time in Underøath, I mean, it’s not like he’s been in that band for 21 years😂
K M ew using emojis unironically
dude he just plays he ain't got time for names 😅
He sucks with name
It's dangerous business standing up to pee, Aaron
LOL!
Lmao
It’s funny how they didn’t give a single pre spencer song like angel below, when the sun sleeps etc...
I want them to play clips of songs and see if they can pick the right song based on just a clip of the studio version LOL!
I was waiting for A Boy Brushed Red Living in Black And White tbh
Can't believe neither of them said that one, it's like one of their best-known songs
Yea
How could Aaron forget the one, the only, Act of Depression!?!?!
I KNOW, RIGHT?!?! I was waiting for him to name Watch Me Die, Burden in Your Hands...no judgment but come on.
He despises Act of Depression, Cries of the Past and The Changing of Times. They like to pretend it never happened. They like to pretend that They're only Chasing Safety was their first album. lol sad really.
*que the intro laughs* heheheheheheheheheheh
Funny Aaron mentions Illuminator.
Darren Lesinski I thought the same thing
And Driftwood. It is funny he was falling back on a record he didn't even play on. Spencer didn't even mention that many from Disambiguation
when you realize after all these years how hard to memorize your songs' titles actually is..
wtf why is a proud muslimah on an underoath video
To be fair, Spencer has only been in 1 other project since joining underoath while Aaron has to separate uø songs in his head from The Almost, solo stuff, worship era stuff, and probably the Paramore stuff he had to learn 😂. I like how they both mention Too bright to see Too Loud to Hear right at the end. What was that song about again?
Hahaha nice
woah
Ok then, how many can you name in 1 minute? Can you beat Spencer?
I can name the majority of there discography in 1 minute
How cute that aaron has learned to cuss and has to show it
selfmindead777 it’s prolly natural tbh.
selfmindead777 legit 😂😂 tryna fit in the crowd so hard
He's always cussed!
Lol
Let's be honest, one of our all time favourite songs... A Boy Brushed Red Living in Black & White... neither of them thought of that one.
Its more easy if you list in the album order.
By far the best video on the internet of these two god there great. 😂
I was hope for...iv get ten friends and a crowbar that says you ain't gonna do jack
Writing on the walls? Boy brushed red?
Spencer said Writing on the Walls
I was looking for them to remember Writing on the Walls
fucking hilarious im dead w. aaron haha
It’s even stranger seeing Aaron cuss/say fuck. No disrespect lol it just shocked me. Keep rockin if your reading this.
I feel for Aaron though. The second someone asks me to name my favorite songs or just list anything I know the answer to my brain just plays elevator music and goes blank lol
Interesting that the first four songs Spencer says are the first tracks on their respective albums.
And how exactly did they not get Boy Brushed Red?
I was hoping for “Ive got ten friends and a crowbar that says you won’t do jack shit”.
I was shouting out titles at the screen, lolol. I was so into this! My competitive side really came out!

LOL! I love them!
When the Sun Sleeps.
Wow. Not one song mentioned from the first 3 albums. Sad.
but why does the beginning say title fight
couldn’t think of a better name than title fight? not like there’s a band with that name or anything
Does anyone else think Spencer looks confused all the time?
Aaron is struggling lol
😂😂

Wdym?

The background music in this is horrible lol!

They're just words.
