Upon Registering (giving) the vehicle to the DVLA ...they issue you with the vehicle reg number, which links the vehicle to you + your address. ALL this is a BRITISH Establishment SCAM for the Establishment to make ££££ out of you.
Of course by ENGLISH COMMON LAW you don't have to Register (give your property..."TRANSPORT") to anybody, so road tax ect is "VOID"...but of course THE BRIT ESTAB do not RECOGNISE ENGLISH COMMON LAW...as "ACTS" are a BRITISH PHENOMENON.

The sergeant has been quite smart at ‘using’ the powers granted to him under the Road Traffic Act. By publishing a video saying that he is ‘abusing’ his power there is a case to argue that your are defaming him and if I were him I’d take civil action against you for defamation.
