Oh the irony dude. Goro turnt up against Smug, After chang threw him. Goro literally throws chang, Then manly as fuck strides towards chang, anticipates changes attack manly as fuck rolls through changes attack into a 'Acting like you wont get command grabbed' finish. Kenshiro from Fist of the Northstar wet manly tears of pure epicness,witnessing Goro's handing out Smug ass whoopings.
I don't think anyone will ever tell Smug he is wrong about Rugal being a cheap punk cpu cheating scum bag. The funny thing is though.... this isn't even the worst version of Rugal that exists... and SNK made bosses that were even cheaper.

Yeah fucking piece of shit scumbag Igniz. But the funny thing is he was even the cheapest Snk boss. Genocide Cutter was one of the most degenerate moves I had the displeasure to experience. God Rugal,Omega Rugal, Magaki, True Saiki,White, Mizuchi,Goodman,Shadowlady, Goentiz, Orochi, Krizalid,clone zero original zero, Johann from rage of the Dragons. That game is brilliant but has OD cpu who perfectly counter almost everything. I threw in Snk bosses from various franchises my dude.

2002um Rugal is brutal, getting to him is a nightmare but the fight itself is INSANE without boss characters, I have tried it on the hardest difficulty and only won because I was bitch made and used krizalid, not to mention the only 1 try rule, and honestly because it's so absurd i kinda love it, not to mention Rugal is my favourite KoF character

If you time it right with Yamazaki, he can absorb fireballs and send them back with a version of his fireball.
Do a fireball motion when one is thrown at you and he will swing his hand up like he's going to slap the opponents fireball.
It makes me funny to see someone from the United States suffer against Omega Rugal, when in Latin America it is the dish of every day, both in KoF 98 and in KoF 2002 xD
That is why here in Latin America this phrase is known, which is used today

Great Memories - I used to play this back in 98 arcade days (Some you probably weren't even born then). The difficulty was way harder than what SMUG is doing and I've beaten on Harder Levels. This looks like easy mode. But hey, It's still a fun game. Enjoy KOF.

This Rugal not even the cheapest kof boss out there. If you don’t got any love for yourself try out 2002um omega rugal, magaki from kof 11 if you can find a way to play that and igniz from kof 2001 if you can find a way to play that.

This might be Rugal's easiest incarnation, really. 2k2 Rugal is easier to manipulate, but has ridiculously high HP in addition to his ridiculous damage. 2k2 UM even moreso. Meanwhile his 94 and 95 incarnations are the things of nightmares 😱
