I remember before they OTB, I'd drive up from San Diego, I saw a great race, Tasso, Tejano, Metronomic got the money! I'll always remember standing on the apron after the last race, a super long shot Called " Sov la Mente una vas" won, and the one guy was singing "Sov la Mente una vas" IDK why that's a standout memory.. Nice tribute Todd. I remember another tribute you and Ken did, I think it was a year in review show. You guys sang, ( with guitar) " It's times like these you learn to live again" " It's times like these you give and give and give"...

Los Alamitos has done well to carry the torch. It cannot suffer the same fate as well, or Santa Anita and Del Mar will also follow suit.
