I love Becky Hays. She looks exactly like my fifth grade teacher from back in the day who I loved dearly. Every weekend I'm hoping to see Becky for some beautiful memories... 😢💕

I just made this (following the recipe as closely as I could), and it was absolutely delicious!! It was a very small pork loin I bought on clearance. I used panko bread crumbs for the crust. I used fresh Rosemary, dried rosemary, dash of Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil, onion, parmesan, salt and pepper for the stuffing paste. I didn't have my pan hot enough so it didn't brown properly, but that was hidden by the crust. It was still very tender and moist. Thank you!

Made this for family over the Christmas holiday and it’s definitely a keeper! Super easy to do, fed eight of us with leftovers. Very good later that evening after it had been in the refrigerator also. Making it tonight with chicken😊

This is VERY good. I did add a few more cloves of garlic and some sage to the herb blend, but followed the recipe other than that, and used an internal meat thermometer to alert me when the roast hit 140°f... im eating it as I type this.
My entire family is extremely happy with their protein tonight.

@@PureMI-008 Use the same size pork roast as ATK in this episode or any pork roast you may like. You could use salt and pepper and maybe a tiny bit of garlic and parsley as the outer coating. Use olive oil or whatever you want to make it stay on the pork. Then cut many deep slits in the pork all over. (Actually, do this first before coating goes on.) In the slits insert slices of apple and onions in a rotating pattern. Then sear it on all sides and roast in the oven at 350° for about an hour or when you feel it is cooked properly. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Then slice and serve with whatever side dishes you may like. You could make a pan gravy as well. Enjoy! 🙂

Sorry, best thing to do with pork loin is wet-cure it and roll it in cornmeal to make peameal bacon, slice it and fry it up for sandwiches. 🤣 This roast look ok too. 👍🏼

I made this. The herbs are nice, and it's a pretty presentation. But, although the brine helps, the meat itself is still bland.

I was going to try your recipe but when I went to your web site to get the recipe it would NOT let me get the recipe unless I gave you my e-mail. I do NOT like to be forced to give out my e-mail to anyone unless it is absolutely necessary. Yep, I would have liked to try pork your tenderloin recipe, but until you allow people to get it without you giving my e-mail to everyone and their dog, I think I will pass. Too bad, it looked pretty good.

      Take care, ok?
There are far too many great cooking channels besides ATK and having to read Graham's lame, old dad jokes, all the while trying to pump up his yt cooking channel, is beyond annoying.
Watch out: He coattails/comments on most of the mainstream YT food channels. UGH, aka, 🤮
      Some of my favs?
      NY Times Cooking channel,
Food Wishes with Chef John (Graham invades every vid with inappropriate comments).
Epicurious and/or Condè Nast, that are at least 2 Global platforms that you can (MOSTLY) keep Graham at a distance... mostly because those platforms are well-educated and take International Fine Dining seriously... not as a joke.
ProtoCooks. Caution, Graham still manages to weaZle his way in - ALMOST EVERYWHERE -, hoping to up his subs.
One of my fav subs is:
Hiroyuki Terada, Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef, and Guinness Book of World Records holder for most slices of carrots while BLINDFOLDED.
GR was there to witness it.
Graham? Don't even think about it!!! Back off, puppy.
Graham always tries to up his views by tailcoating on other successful YT channels.
      Pathetic, at best.
Stay safe and well to you and yours from somewhere near Seattle and around the World, ok?
      ⚘🙏❤🐑⚘
