Kade Noa I’ma be honest too. One of my favorite parts of this scene was Gohan walking with the Kamehameha with one arm towards Cell. Disappointed that didn’t make this scene but still pretty good.

I believe this is meant to be a lot closer to how the manga did it (Only vegeta helping, vegeta blasting cell in the face instead of the back, goku and vegeta in base instead of ssj) but ya I agree that walk makes the scene in the original anime

Goku made Gohan believe that they were going to use their combined power for that kamehameha, but in all actuality, Goku was just there in spirit and Gohan used all his power thinking that his dad was contributing on top.
To those commenting on them selling the same story after decades: This is a classic archetypal story. Overcoming overwhelming evil with perseverance and hard work. It's not just DBZ but the essence of the story that is timeless. That's why we're still moved, no matter the medium/graphics.

sparking zero doesn't have the same atmosphere as db kakarot, here the videos were really top notch, you felt the game and were focused on it thanks to the tekin details, sparking zero was made quickly

I no longer have to worry about people dying because honestly who cares? There's no sadness to death in the anime. If someone dies, no worries, let's just get the radar and revive them in a couple of hours. Dragon Ball Z was mostly good and I was fine with it because the Shenron original rules were perfect, you die once, but you can be revived; you die twice, and you cannot come back. It's so silly. Unpopular opinion, maybe, the last arc of Super was honestly one of the best arcs since the Cell saga for Dragon Ball. The only reason why is because there was an actual threat (at the time from their knowledge) if they lost; their universe would be erased, forever. Also the entire Broly movie was simply amazing. They were fighting a foe that both Goku and Vegeta were completely useless against. They could not win on their own anymore and rely on bullshit plot armor, they needed to work together to beat him.

@@DMitr0 Nah. Because of plot armor. Even if the good guys lose, they still win. Dragon Ball has been so irrelevant to me for so long. Why? Because where's the tension in watching the story? I no longer have to worry about people dying because honestly who cares? There's no sadness to death in the anime. If someone dies, no worries, let's just get the radar and revive them in a couple of hours. Dragon Ball Z was mostly good and I was fine with it because the Shenron original rules were perfect, you die once, but you can be revived; you die twice, and you cannot come back. It's so silly.
Unpopular opinion, maybe, the last arc of Super was honestly one of the best arcs since the Cell saga for Dragon Ball. The only reason why is because there was an actual threat (at the time from their knowledge) if they lost; their universe would be erased, forever. Also the entire Broly movie was simply amazing. They were fighting a foe that both Goku and Vegeta were completely useless against. They could not win on their own anymore and rely on bullshit plot armor, they needed to work together to beat him.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot looks somewhat different than rest of DB games for RPG. Plus, I haven't play an Dragon Ball RPG game before. I might try it out next year.
