Hello! A journal can be used to write your thoughts or notes, etc. whereas a scrapbook is for keeping track of your photos and memories. I hope that helps!
@caroline jiang They are a paper trimmer and a scoring board. You can usually find them online for a good deal. We like the Fiskars wire guide paper trimmer and the Martha Stewart Scoring Board!

Nicol, these are so adorable. I 'm a list person and always writing down thoughts and such so these note pads are going to be so handy. I'm always on the look out for cute little notepads when I shop. I'm going to be making these for sure. TFS :)

if you don't have the materials use paperbag ,cardboard or wrapping paper for your cover and used loose leaf paper for the inside....make your own and used your imagination...

I found that this video went a bit too fast for me but the overall result was lovely! My friends love them as gifts and we even used cheap earring instead of brads to make them look even cuter! I don't own a cutter but worked just as well with scissors!
