Or then again, you could buy a boat you can afford. Part of cruising to me is freedom- Who wants to sail with a hefty mortgage due? No thanks. I will sail what I can afford to own outright.

Navy Federal will do no more than a 15 year loan. Interest rates start at about 5% for excellent credit (as of August 2019)
