You haven’t addressed Yamamoto soul crushing hashirama, his reiatsu spanned the entire seireitei which is large country to continent sized based off calcs, within a closer proximity of Yamamoto it would be even more deadly. Amaterasu being as hot as the sun is an ambiguous statement which could range from 5,000k to 15^6k (kelvin) or could be hyperbole but unlikely. Also claiming bijuu vaporise mountains is based off no evidence as you have no statements or solid proof that it’s thermal energy rather than kinetic energy, ambiguous claim. Either way… Considering his bankai isn’t a fire cloak but an encompassing cloak of reiatsu blowing off at 15 million degrees, if hashirama could survive the thermal energy his soul is likely to be erased, Yamamoto can also causally erase things from existence by slashing his bankai sword and we know hashiramas techniques are not existence erasure resistant or body. As for speed he’s definitely ftl+, I won’t use the Arroniero feat as an example due to the unknown distance between him, the light source and the distance at which he began to dodge it, this would all be required for a calc but having much experience in these calcs his speed would range from 10s to hundreds of times the speed of light. As for light speed, the negacion used to retrieve aizen, gin and tousen is stated to be light on 2/3 occasions and is dodged by lieutenants such as base rangiku which would put her above light. Negacion also shares features of light such as its transparency but is an irrelevant point due to it being named “light” solely multiple times. This is enough evidence for it being light and lightspeed. Yamamoto bodies easily. Edit: I do not contest your outcome but your method and how easily Yamamoto would win. There’s also something to note that destroying the soul society is also an ambiguous claim itself as it could be the entire dimension/universe rather than just the planet. This would make sense considering bleach characters go from country+ to universal/multiversal. But planetary is a fair assumption.

Anne's argument is, in essence, downplay. Yamamoto is consistently stated and even shown to be able to wipe out the entire Soul Society just by existing in Bankai. The thing about that though is that the Soul Society is consistently described to be on the same scale as the realm of the living, which is our universe. The hardest downplay you can argue is that the realm of the living only encompasses earth (which makes no sense since that implies every planet and star is an alternate universe) and that's what's being done here. Hashirama has no feats even close to planetary, so that alone would put your argument to bed. It also doesn't help that Hashirama's specialty is wood style, and Yamamoto can literally just create an armor of fire so hot that soul-enhanced blades can't even get through it since they melt the moment they get close. I never understood how wood was so good in the Naruto series when madara had insanely powerful fire style jutsu like wouldn't that just straight up counter the wood.
If you can prevent the water from evaporating you can prevent wood from burning. I think wood style isn't the most powerful thing but it's the most well-rounded kekkei genkai. It can create life, pollen that transmits genjutsu, in addition to being solid like earth style, but flowing like water style.
Again chakra plays a part in that, hashirama wood is not just wood, its self replicating chakra infused wood, thats why i think yamamoto could not just melt hashiramas wood constructs that easily since hashirama is relative to yamamoto in scaling and statements

Phoenixes at “light speed”. In the fan book Ambu attack at “light speed”. Early Naruto Kakashi could dodge light “light speed” water jutsu’s. Haku could move at light speeds via reflection. Kid Naruto could react to sunlight. It’s very common. I was low balling with the Raikage of course he’s faster than Haku. It only said the requirement of the lariat is light speed so he could be faster, infact probably is. A base Ambu captain who gave base Sakura a hard time is definitely light speed.

Another thing about Yamamoto is that he is stated to be a Kido master, meaning he could use more than just his shikai and bankai. We haven't really seen Hashirama use anything other than his wood release in terms of jutsu but we have seen Yamamoto's versatility when it comes to Kido and there are some extremely broken Kido spells
You forgot that Haku can switch between mirrors at the speed of light and that child sasuke can easily see it. He could also see even though he was injured and had little chakra. so in terms of speed, Naruto is at the speed of light even in his gen state, which shows that hashirama is probably faster than thought. But if you don’t then he’s not stronger than Aizen. Amaterasu being as hot as the sun is an ambiguous statement which could range from 5,000k to 15^6k (kelvin) or could be hyperbole but unlikely. Also claiming bijuu vaporise mountains is based off no evidence as you have no statements or solid proof that it’s thermal energy rather than kinetic energy, ambiguous claim. Either way…
Considering his bankai isn’t a fire cloak but an encompassing cloak of reiatsu blowing off at 15 million degrees, if hashirama could survive the thermal energy his soul is likely to be erased, Yamamoto can also causally erase things from existence by slashing his bankai sword and we know hashiramas techniques are not existence erasure resistant or body.
As for speed he’s definitely ftl+, I won’t use the Arroniero feat as an example due to the unknown distance between him, the light source and the distance at which he began to dodge it, this would all be required for a calc but having much experience in these calcs his speed would range from 10s to hundreds of times the speed of light. As for light speed, the negacion used to retrieve aizen, gin and tousen is stated to be light on 2/3 occasions and is dodged by lieutenants such as base rangiku which would put her above light. Negacion also shares features of light such as its transparency but is an irrelevant point due to it being named “light” solely multiple times. This is enough evidence for it being light and lightspeed.

Anne's argument is, in essence, downplay. Yamamoto is consistently stated and even shown to be able to wipe out the entire Soul Society just by existing in Bankai. The thing about that though is that the Soul Society is consistently described to be on the same scale as the realm of the living, which is our universe. The hardest downplay you can argue is that the realm of the living only encompasses earth (which makes no sense since that implies every planet and star is an alternate universe) and that's what's being done here. Hashirama has no feats even close to planetary, so that alone would put your argument to bed.
It also doesn't help that Hashirama's specialty is wood style, and Yamamoto can literally just create an armor of fire so hot that soul-enhanced blades can't even get through it since they melt the moment they get close. Hashirama is so hard countered and so outscaled reiatsu crushing is a mercy.

If you can prevent the water from evaporating you can prevent wood from burning. I think wood style isn't the most powerful thing but it's the most well-rounded kekkei genkai. It can create life, pollen that transmits genjutsu, in addition to being solid like earth style, but flowing like water style.
