Repentance is finally out and I am streaming a lot of it! I figured it would be a good idea to put the streamed videos in their own separate playlist, hope you enjoy following along with my progress (and streams of consciousness).

Bro, he didn't even get hit by Brim only, he got hit by the triple shot stony then the Brim, woulda died even with a second. Watch it again for confirmation.
Bantering is greatly not recommended while playing T. Lost.
@@Void-fb5ts He definitely wouldn't have died with a full second. Probably not even a half second. Literally got hit as soon as the s were done. Holy Mantle being nerfed all the way down to .3 seconds is demonstrably bad game balance when literally two entire characters are effectively built around its mechanics.

25 dmg, 6.5 tears, and holy cards spawning like there's no tomorrow.. it was so sad to end like that
respect for not losing your mind on that first run, I would have just walked away from the PC for the day.
it never ceases to be amazing how nl wins runs with base stats and loses runs with 28 damage, 6.5 tears and parasite+crickets body
Wow, that Mausoleum loss was soul-crushing. And he would've been fine if Holy Mantle effects hadn't been nerfed to shit in Repentance.
Nah, even with a second he woulda died. If you look closely, he got shot by the triple shot stony, then stepped inside the Brim. Even if he had time to get outta that first Brim, he woulda gotten hit by the second or third.
Not blaming him by the way, he is bantering while playing a character that dies in a single hit.

Anyway, I don't think anyone would react in time there, even if it's 1 second of I-Frames as it would've been in AB+. (Half-heart damage = 1 second)
You step into a room and it has a fucking triple-shot stony and 4 Brim flies, of course you'll panic. I gotta give it to the team for making such creative rooms for Repentance, though. I love 'em.

No, you're wrong, it's been nerfed to HALF A SECOND, not .3, you can check the wiki if you don't believe me. "Probably not even a half second," eh?
He got hit after the invincibility frames were done, because that's what invincibility is? He still would've died with a full second, he got hit by the triple-shot stony then the first Brim, even if he didn't get hit by that one, he would've gotten hit by the 2nd or 3rd ones. He got nervous and I don't blame him, hell I've also died to this room.
EDIT: This is demonstrably GOOD game balance. Having 2 whole seconds of invincibility after going into the Womb+ is just too fucking much. Even a full second is too much, since this character just had a million advantages and a single disadvantage. Now he's been buffed with D-Eternal, but has .5 second I-Frames and free Devil Deals but at a choice. I see this as a good change, since it balanced out his pros and cons. Honestly after unlocking Godhead on a reset save file, I never even noticed it was nerfed until people pointed it out.

@@Void-fb5ts 1 second of i-frames is plenty of time to react if you're ready for it. of course i wouldnt blame anyone for panicking and forgetting to do it though, that room is brutal

@@PodreyJenkin138 He didn't. He was hit by the stationary turret, which knocked him into the brimstone laser. Still think that lost should get bonus i-frames for his holy mantle / holy card.
That first death highlights just how over nerfed Holy Mantle/Holy Card is. It's waaay too short.
Yknow, it really speaks to his mental fortitude as a man, to just load up another run, his commitment to being an entertainer, if that was me playing in my room, I'd have alt+f4'd and went for a walk after that one.

Hey Ryan you should try making homemade coleslaw with only carrots, a ranch like, potentially kind of healthy, dressing on a ton of shredded carrots so good
Sour cream, white vinegar, salt, plenty of pepper, and maybe other stuff to taste,, a bit of caraway seeds or pepitas can be a tasty bargain
Make it in the time it takes to shred carrots and mix, lots of room to play around with taste ya ya
