The 'hands' movements' of the dancers is a sign language and it was used to make the message of the song understandable for deaf people as well. All of this LONG, LONG explanation is made up by you (which is understandable, due to hysteria thrown at us 24/7 by the media and the totalitarian left politicians). The song lyrics are pretty incoherent, in fact, and can be understood also as: let us enjoy the planet and save it from those who want to destroy the civilization. These happen to be exactly the same folks who raise the hell about the climate change and who tell us day and night that all white people are racists/fascists and that the West must be destroyed.

When it comes to ESC you don't have to sing in your own language. But in ESC junior there is necessity to have certain part of your song in your language
On Junior Eurovision Song Contest it is the rule to have a part in the national language (it is maybe 50% of lirycs - I'm not sure). The polish part is about the environment, fighting for earth's future and encouraging to do this together for better world for all of us
