  • 练太极拳时出现横气填胸、气上头、膝盖疼的话证明你练错了。
    If you experience qi filling your chest, qi rising, and knee pain when practicing Tai Chi, it proves that you are practicing wrong.

    是對的 !!!
    但是,有 "掛萬漏一" 之處 !!!
    ................
    姿勢通通做對了。
    偶爾,也會有膝蓋痛的問題。
    事實上,短時間的,偶爾的 膝蓋痛....不是問題。
    這要說到一個有點長的故事。
    ...............
    我小時候,
    我小學的時候,
    有參加網球隊,
    我是二軍,所以操練的強度很低。
    我們有時候會跑"長跑",練耐力。
    我發現我跑操場的時候,尤其是太久沒跑操場的時候,
    膝蓋都會痛痛的 !!!
    三不五時,
    偶爾,都會發生 !!!
    .................
    小孩子的膝蓋,該不會有問題吧。
    當然是這樣子的。
    ...............
    這個故事告訴我們。
    ●太久沒運動。
    ●或者 操練強度突然加大。
    ●膝蓋也會痛 !!!
    ...............
    我的作法是:
    ●遇到膝蓋痛,
    ●就停練一兩天,
    然後,按摩膝蓋周邊。
    ●如果,膝蓋痛一直持續,那要趕快去看醫生(骨科) !!!

      说得對,好比偶尔提重得东西,隔天手臂也会酸痛。
      如果每天练拳,腿的肌肉和膝盖已经适应,但还是挥之不去常常膝盖痛和越来越严重,那就是练错了 !

      Hi, thanks for your concern, currently I am attending course and busy with the study together with examination. Will be back after that.

      @@MartialArtLover Thank you for your reply, good to know you are ok and busy. Hope you can post again soon. I also use your channel to study Chinese with a topic that interests me, martial arts in general and 内家. It’s specially useful when you add CC Chinese subtitles since we can use reader software to better study it. A suggestion for future topics could be 发劲 or 推手. Theoretical talk or documentary style can also be interesting (Tai Chi history etc)
