In 6 months I want:
16:8 intermittent fast
Track and measure food
Continual workout.
Wake up 730 am weekday and 830 weekend
And practice driving once week for 40 minutes.
Two days week gym.
And by doing this get to 180. And vlog this and gain watchtime and subscribers and small brand deals. I saw another 6 month plan video that was good and yours is good. After I try these popsicles I wanted to try go back to sugar free and watch sugar and carbs and more protein and my therapist and life coach both help me. When I made working out a habit I realized maybe I can do stuff that’s hard or even be millionaire. The more you do and committ and do the work the more you realize you can do and expand your horizons. And that is real power. Habit and discipline and consistency. I use to be lazy cause I never felt it’s possible but it’s possible if you tell yourself and actually take practical steps to manifest. Plus use the law of assumption. I don’t do law of attraction but I do law of assumption and little spellwork.

Hey Lucie. Thank you ❤Okay even if we are from different countries you feel like a older sister for me after watching this. So I am going to take my life a fresh start..
I actually got to college 2 months ago, I missed my old friends I don't have any friends on my current class. So that made me sad a lot. I cannot perform properly on the exams. I got a strong connection with junk food and I am realising I am getting fat and unhealthy day by day. And I don't have any special talents.

The 4 steps to transform your life:
1. What is it that you want? Once this is clear, you can start planning on how to achieve it.
2. What's been stopping you? Focus on it and say goodbye to that thought. This is your chance to change.
3. Release the old beliefs and imprint new ones. Think what the opposite of that thought is. *It is safe for you to grow.* It's all about repetition. Remind yourself of the new beliefs.
4. Take the simple action(s) daily. You have to do the other 3 steps first for this to be successful.
You guys can do this. I know it's so difficult. I know you may feel incapable of changing. But you can do anything you set your mind to. You can't sit around and expect other people to change your life for you. You have to make it happen. Start small. You have 6 months for a reason. Add some more on every week, or month. You can do this.
Thank you, Lucie. This is the first video in months of being stuck in motivational videos that actually gave me a clear conscious of what I want. I believe I can do this.
