It seems all Toronto fans have the same opinion of Hyman. Nothing but love and respect for the guy. You guys almost sound as if he was more cherished than Mathews. Either way I do like what I see from Hyman. He does look like a solid dude.

red solo cup? that's the only cup they're drinking any beer out of. flawed team with top heavy problems and questionable depth. the oilers are the leafs of the west. none of the real contenders take either of those teams seriously. just put your best shutdown guys on their top lines and destroy them when your 3rd and 4th line outplay theirs.

@@jeremy9717 Term, schmerm. Teams that try to save money 6-8 years down the road will, 6-8 years down the road still be trying to save money 6-8 years down the road. Certain teams, based on age and talent, must pay a premium to lock up their top end guys and to acquire excellent, "missing piece" type players via trade or as UFA's. And ALL higher end UFA's are by nature, "overpaid" either in salary or term and most times both. That is the result when the player chooses the best of 32 possible contract offers as opposed to the average.

Hope it hurts to watch this Leafs fans. Funny, non stop "McDavid will leave to come to Toronto" From you, and yet Barrie and Hyman leave to come to Edmonton. Reilly is leaving next, then Matthews
keep dreaming pal. enjoy having a 1 line team again, like every other year. clock's ticking on mcdavid just as much as it is on matthews. the longer you don't win a cup, the less mcdavid wants to stick around on a glorified powerplay practice squad.
fact of the matter is the oilers are no better than the laughs. both of these teams are cup pretenders while actually good teams like the bolts or bruins don't even think about these teams.

Quick cross ice pass from high to low, flat and on the tape in a perfect position for teammate to receive it, and through the sticks of four defenders, all of which are aware that a pass through that area is the most dangerous type of play and a priority for them them to not allow to happen.
