When I first heard this song, I literally broke down. After 6 years of "living in the backseat" trying to figure out what I am doing with my life. I found in 2012 that all I had to do is think about what I loved most and find what I needed to get where I wanted to be and do it. In doing so I have accomplished so much, met so many people in just the last 3 years. This song is everything I have experienced and an emotional trigger to just realize keep going, whatever you do, do not give up on chasing your dreams. Be happy for the risk you take to accomplish your dreams, because you wind up regretting not chasing those dreams. Our primary goal is to love what we do and do it our own way. We write, record and produce all our music we also film and edit our own videos and create our own album art and most of our t shirt designs. We're artists. This is something we think the music industry is lacking "artists". We don't want to compromise integrity, creativity and who we are in even the slightest way so we don't. I became huge on the post hardcore, metalcore scene in 2005 and always loved bands that were a great mix of clean vocals and screams, I have found few albums that I thought were flawless or close to it, like New Medicines by Dead Poetic, End of Silence by Red, Birth Eater by Oceana, etc. But after listening to your album over 18 times I only love it more and more and it is deff on my flawless album list. You guys are amazing! Great covers as well, but I mostly enjoy your original songs. Please keep up the great work. I love the dual vocals you guys provide, in fact i really like that about alot of bands i choose to listen to. It shows that entertainers are willing to share the stage and create things together, but you can still hear the individuality you each provide. I like this song alot because it not only expresses the dream you are living/ trying to chase, but it's also a chance to hear Lauras voice by itself. It sets a very hypnotizing tone to this song.
