I don't know how much it costs to design an independent building with 4 walls, a floor, plus a roof. Adding that with transportation & actual building cost, I still can't see this pass $100k.

What do I think that that is at the most 10,000 worth of materials and that's being generous and I don't even think that's possible because the plumbing was in the ground already taxpayers are getting ripped we are getting robbed blind people sync with the willing to pay you to do something but when I have to pay for something it's astronomical almost like this wiggle room to pocket some money almost
