Canadians can get the wheel bearing here amzn.to/2ULWhro
Todays video deals with changing the wheel bearing in my 2007 650h1 Arctic cat atv that had a issue with the castle nut on the axle backing off. When this happened while riding it damaged the brake rotor, brakes, cv axle, and of course damaged the wheel bearing. This turned out to be quite the expensive fix

I watched just to see if I was the only one where there's always something unexpected coming up to make it more difficult than it should be. Thanks for the vid.

Had the same fuckin’ bullshit on my 2017 Arctic Cat TRV700XT. Jacked her up and the right rear tire was wobbling around. Axle nut was in tact, on there nice and tight but the bearing was totally fucked. When I removed the hub the balls spilled out. Cheap ass bearings. Maybe cause I beat the shit out of my ride, but damn - 3 years in, 7000 KM’s and the bearings are fucked!? Ah well, I like wrenching so another project it is.
Just a side note for you as I saw you torque your axle nut. The torque spec on that little bastard is 200ft-lbs. Wouldn’t hurt to throw a little blue Loctite on there also. At that spec, your nut should not be shearing through the cotter and resulting in this carnage.
Great work on the vids man, I fucking love your channel and you crack me up...as a fellow Canuck, much props and keep at ‘er - bull shit n’all 👍😉

BSK Garage Arctic Cat - enough said. Love my bike, but fuck me and the problems I’ve had. Fuel pump - changed. 4WD actuator motor assembly - changed. Steering spline in to pitman arm - fucked - had to drill right through it and put the bolt there so the arm stopped sliding up and down. Water got in the clutch case, new bearing in the cover, new helix, new belt - the list goes on.

I was changing my axle and the same exact thing happened to me when I pulled off the Hub half the bearing remained on the axle shaft. So now I have to get a new bearing. Great video thanks for the info

I have a 06 650 h1 black edition. I keep going through starters. Like the gear on the starter keeps getting chewed up. The teeth that is. Any knowing why?

With outdoor storage, is it secure enough? Good detail.

I still think you need a John Deere golf cart style atv with the slide though instead of climb on seat
