Have you tried putting salomon soft flasks in the belt? During summer I need water for the runs longer than an hour, but I don't always want to take my ADVskin vest if I'm only out for say 1.30 or so.
I have! Sorry, i didn't put that in the video, but I used one of my 500ml flasks from my adv skin 12, and it worked! My only bad remark is that sometimes the tip of the bottle gets pinched, and water comes out. But it doesn't happen often enough to be a problem. Hope this helps, and thanks for the comment!
Great review. Just a question, maybe I’m doing something wrong: I tried to put in the back pocket a 500 ml soft flask but it kept on bouncing while running. How did it work for you?

I appreciate you checking out the video! I did measure. I have a 29 inch waist, but I got my hips from my momma. Lol. I usually wear a size 30 pant or shorts so the small fit me very nicely. Nice and snug, but in a good way. Hope this helps!
I would assume so, but I'm not 100% I'll probably hand wash it myself and let it air dry since the material wicks water really well and drys so quickly.

Salomon's site advises us to measure our hips at their widest point. Mine are 34-35". My waist however is 30.5" - 31", depending on the time of day and what I've eaten. **I bought a Medium**. I ran 10km. I wore the belt toward the top of my shorts, so the top edge of the belt was 2" below my belly button. After several kilometres of running, the belt had ridden up a bit. I guess elastic always "looks for" a narrower place to rid itself of tension. After the run, it was basically around my waist and slightly loose. It was fine though, still secure. Luckily I only had my phone and keys in it. But I'm gonna try a Small next. Just my experience. Perhaps I should've worn it an inch lower so it was _really_ at the widest part of my hips.

29! I have some hips thanks to my mother but the small fits me great. Usually wear a 30 x 30 pair of pants if that helps.

So where does your water go?
I can fit a 500ml water bottle in the front or just run with a hand water bottle. Otherwise, run without 😉

A flask water bottle would but a normal bottle probably will not fit.
