37k mere ko de dijye. 4000 per month aapko return karu ga 12 month tak. Aapka 11,000 ka profit.
I am student, actually mai loan app ke chakkar pe fas gayaa hu aur mera 3k sirf interest dene me chala jaata hai original amount de hi nahi paa raha hu. Agar aap paise de de to mai apko 4k per month de kar loan khatm karlunga.

Anything that generates income is an asset, else it is a liability. A car, if used as Taxi (or any other way thru which the car generates income) is an asset, else it is a liability. Land/house may be an expection to this rule(since it has an appreciating value)
