Do you know what the jumpers on the board do? One is labelled CLS3 and CLS4 another is USB/UART and the last USB Recovery. As a note, even when you uploaded this video, it was known a M.2 Coral will not work with a Home Assistant Yellow due to limitations with the CM4 module. If you want to use a Coral you need to get a USB version. I am really only asking this now as I just got my hands on a CM4 41008000 Which is the "lite" version, 8GB RAM, no eMMC, with Bluetooth and WiFi. I wanted the Bluetooth on board to save a USB adaptor :) I like that Nabu Casa don't spend a lot on fancy packaging, given this is a mail order product and not sitting on retail shelves. I prefer plain packaging rather than spending an extra significant amount to get fancy packaging :)
Force of habit on my part, it's just PoE The core difference betrween PoE and PoE+ (and PoE++) is the wattage it can deliver. a PoE device will run on PoE+ or PoE++, but a PoE+ or ++ device is unlikely to run from a PoE switch due to insufficient power delivery.
I had an order in with Element 14 from September last year and it finally came in. That said, I'm noticing RPi's in stock in more places, so fingers-crossed the shortage is coming to an end.
2nd video in recent weeks. This funny even with the shortage of Pi's there should have been a video of using this. instead we get more videos of unboxing. A hardware that is years old and no really video's on setting up and using is pretty disappointing. Hopefully you will do a 2nd video on this hardware.
There's more videos planned but my work schedule has been crazy so I've not had any time to plan out anything. There's 2 other videos where I show how to image the CM4 - Easy way and Hard way. The Yellow - with the CM4 - is going to be replacing my production instance of Home Assistant and I'm considering starting the whole thing from scratch instead of restoring a backup with all the old cruft. As you may imagine, that's going to take a bunch of planning.
LoL, 4months later still no video's on using the yellow. I ordered last year and cancelled because of no pi. CM4's are just beginning to be available in the US (thought still not wireless). Hopefully more videos will come available (Hive Mind still hasn't moved on his yet, though he teased a month ago he would be doing so).

Using HASS on the Yellow isn't any different from using it on a Pi4, except that it's got some additional hardware for Zigbee/Thread and NVME storage/PCIe expansion built in. I didn't see much point in doing a video of me restoring HASS to my Yellow, because per the video a month ago, I lost all my settings and ended up setting it up from scratch, and I've already done at least 2 videos on how to do that.

I've not figured out all the jumpers yet but when I figure it out I'll let you know.
In your video tile , you indicate PoE+. But the website only sells PoE. PoE+ and PoE has different power delivery. Or do they not ? Please advise.

The website says it supports both PoE and PoE+, it says selectable via jumper (but doesn't specify which jumper)
I didn't have to select a jumper, I just plugged it in. I don't recall seeing a jumper, but when I get a chance I'll take a look.
