It’s very nice to see one of my adventures on YT! It’s a fantastic way to remember and show our trip. I just finished watching it with the family, My son Simon regrets not coming with us, he could had been a YT star!
Loved the entire video Eric, I waited to watch until Saturday over a coffee and felt like I was there with you. That pull back shot at the end over campfire with everyone gathered around was just beutiful, you Camara work is so good bud.
Great trip and video. Wish I lived near you so I could tag along ;) Super cute the dog sleeps in your foothills. Tent looks sharp on top of your new bronco. Can’t wait to use mine and bring a dog up with me. You are more brave than me however looked like fun. Thanks for sharing .
Very nice, I am in Val Caron and recognize a lot of the spots in the early part of the video still shots. If coming back up this way for off road adventures I'd love to join. I have the right rig and experience.
@@tomtommy2227 hey, that's cool Tommy! Thanks for commenting. There's a lot of talk of making it an annual trip! Keep an eye on the Bancroft Overland Club page and OverlandNTH
My main advantage of solo off road driving-exploring-camping, is freedom. Freedom of scheduling and navigating. Lake Matagami, on QC side? Close to the entrance of James Bay? Please try to get google translate for Lexi lol
Awesome video! Can't wait to watch part 2 tomorrow!
I thought the joke about airing down the tracked dump truck was funny!

Glad you enjoyed it! I bet he won't miss the next time!
I agree, this is so awesome to have a video documentary of our adventures. I think @TLOverlander has to come along on more adventures!!!
Awesome video, sir. Thanks for the memories and the great adventure!
@@72soundguy thanks, Jake!
More beaver entanglements coming up in the 2nd installment! Lol
@@TLOverlander I think there's a minimum requirement of driving over 1 beaver dam per episode!
Another great video from the trip! Definitely great memories.

Also love the turtle sticker on dash while we watch where you are going, cute touch for us girls ;) like it and it matches my foot tattoo ;)
The REAL reason for the turtle sticker (my other Bronco had a sasquatch sticker)

@@TLOverlander sweet sign ….nice touch . Go at your own pace kinda symbol :) Sasquatch makes sense and is fun.
it would be best if you started a lonely Overlander cooking channel lol
@@leamenrs lol. Too much cooking?? I was thinking a Lonely Overlander Beer drinking channel 🤷
@@TLOverlander loved the whole thing

Near Shining Tree and Gogama...
No mosquitoes or other bugs?
@zjtr10since80 yeah, some... And flies. They weren't aggressive though. Overall, not bad at all.
