Is better use Aux or usb in order to stream from an android device? In both cases are we still using the DAC of the pioneer unit, am i right?

I would suggest using the USB connection. The AUX is just a regular input, the phone does the decoding.

My radio is fine and when i put it on Aux it only plays from the right speaker. What to do?

If the AM/FM radio is playing from all speakers, we can rule out a problem with the speakers or connections to them. It sounds like the issue is your AUX cable. Cables fail on occasion. I recommend to try a different cable. Be sure to get a stereo cable and not a mono cable. In addition, please be sure the AUX cable is fully plugged into the music player at one end and into the face of your Pioneer in-dash receiver.

It depends upon your iPhone. If your iPhone has a headphone jack, this can operate with the AUX input on the Pioneer DEH-X2700UI. Be sure to turn up the volume on your phone. Be sure the AUX cable is firmly plugged into the phone and into the in-dash receiver. Change the receivers audio source to AUX. Slowly turn up the volume on the receiver. If you still can't hear music playing from the phone, try a different cable.
