I've only heard of an INR target of 2.5-3.5 for prosthetic valves, not for rheumatic heart disease or previous ThE. Where is the info regarding rheumatic heart disease / previous ThE coming from?

on the Chad score isn't the age factor reduced in women to onset of menopause?
