You might be referring to the CHADS2VASc score, which is helpful to differentiate between patients with low CHADS2 scores (although you can use it instead of the CHADS2 as well). In the CHADS2VASc score, individuals aged 65-74 are given 1 point

I've only heard of an INR target of 2.5-3.5 for prosthetic valves, not for rheumatic heart disease or previous ThE. Where is the info regarding rheumatic heart disease / previous ThE coming from?

on the Chad score isn't the age factor reduced in women to onset of menopause?
