I disliked. Completely inappropriate to blame a divorce on a child. Maddox is not responsible for his parents relationship; therefore it cannot even partially be his fault that it came to an end.

An tbh, more parents need to take their children into consideration when it comes to partners. So sick of parents choosing to stay in abusive relationships and ignoring the safety of their children.

When the children are rude that is because the parent allowed them to become one not giving them proper care, attention and disciplined. Why blame a kid whose mind is not even fully developed, for being spoiled when the parents allowed it.

However, that is part of having children and it is the responsibility of parents not to just make sure their children reach adulthood but to actually teach and train them up. If parents neglect their primary responsibility as parents, then it is true children can wreak havoc. But that goes back to the parents. Moreover, when parents put other things as a priority over their marriage, you end up heading toward divorce…and, oftentimes, parents (or a parent) will prioritize their children ahead of each other, and this creates entitled children. Yet, once again, the responsibility boils back to the parents. Unfortunately, when children are blamed for the failure of a marriage, that shows a lack of personal responsibility from the parents, plain and simple.

Let’s start with, very few parents are willing to sacrifice the needed time and effort. My children were spread out and I ended up parenting for 45 years. I now have 18 grand darlings. First & foremost, genetics absolutely play a role. Gestation trauma, environment. Parents who are not on the same page. Peers. Most of the brain is set at 1 year of age & by age 3 most of the damage or the possibility of goodness is set! There certainly is no black & white. We are all imperfect! There’s that to deal with from the get go! Parenting is not for the weak. What I learned is children do not learn through osmosis. Each child is wired differently. Hormones at adolescence can turn the best of children into someone you don’t know anymore. Finally, we all have free will. Children WILL exercise that at some point! They’re desire for independence resulting in eventually leaving the nest is not fun at best & can be horrific at its worst. Children are responsible for their own actions as we all are. Parents being imperfect do overreact at times. It’s not the correct or best solution, however it does happen. In a healthy marriage one would sit at the table and resolve the incident. Brad & Angelina’s marriage began with adultery. Deceit. They both had multiple prior relationships that did not work out. The marriage was a train wreck waiting to happen from the get go. You must have hands on experience , decades of childrearing under your belt to truly ingest the full dynamic.

People fail to realize that lowering taxes (especially state taxes which aren't that high to begin with) comes at a price and that our children pay that price.
Shiloh looks stunning. She looks like both brad and Angie. Some girls, myself included, was a tomboy when we are younger because we are still trying to figure ourselves out. Now I'm girly as ever. I'm glad Shiloh is becoming more girlier she is gorgeous.

Actually Brad was drunk on the plane and tried to get physical with Angelina. Maddox stepped in between them to protect his mother. Brad then got physical with him which caused the pilot to call for the cops to be present when the plane landed. The entire altercation was on Brad and Brad alone. Even Brad admitted that and admitted he had a problem. Once he got help, the court mandated supervised visitation was dropped. Angelina actually bought a house down the street from Brad so the kids could go back and forth between the two houses freely. Whether or not Angelina had an addiction problem in the past is irrelevant. What mattered is who had the problem after the kids were born/adopted. It appears that Brad has been sober for a while now and has unfettered access to his kids, so I don't know why we're still talking about what happened years ago. Angelina was right to limit his access while he was struggling. He needed the time to get the help he needed and she needed to protect the kids.

Shiloh has been allowed to be herself since she was born. That's good parenting in my opinion. Neither Angelina nor Brad forced anything on her. Kids go through different stages. My nephew went through a stage where he'd only where tutus as a kid. After that, it was a pirate costume because he decided his life goal was to be a pirate. He's now a well adjusted high school senior. People need to stop putting the kids of celebrities under a microscope and expecting them to be different than any other kid in this world.

I don't think it's good parenting at all, one year a child believes in Santa Clause the next year they contemplate transgenderism. Children are supposed not able to consent to any form of sex until they are 16. This should not be a thought in their heads. Bad parenting at its worst!
I am truly in awe of Angie's incredible children and it was fascinating to learn of their plans in life. And also great fun to learn of their exotic middle names, which I had never heard before. I wonder about Knox though. He seems a quiet, unobtrusive sort of guy, and although I can only tell from this video, which is very little, he seems to be in danger of being overlooked by everyone and somewhat ignored. It's possible he has deep emotions that he doesn't express for some reason, so hopefully he is given the opportunity to feel part of this remarkable family.

@@laureenefurnari5722 She actually bought a house on the same street as Brad and lives there now in order to give the kids more access to their dad. They can move back and forth between the houses as much as they want. I don't blame her for going after primary custody in the beginning when Brad was struggling with addiction issues. He needed the time to get help and the kids needed to be protected from the chaos. Since he admitted he had a problem and got the help he needed, the kids have had unfettered access to both parents and spend time with both (with the exception of Maddox who understandably still holds some hostility toward his dad for what happened).

I envy her , she gets to adopt international kids at their youngest age like months old type but we the commoner we get into waiting list 2-3 years if we want to adopt internationally and by that time a baby is already a toddler . That leads to super hard journey of making a toddler to trust these new stranger who are imposing themselves as parents

Pax was three when he was adopted after Shillow was born.
You have to remember both Maddox and Zahara are adults now. Back when she adopted them, there were a lot less controls and requirements on international adoptions and countries were more open about allowing foreigners to adopt. Things are a lot different now. More hoops to jump through (as there should be) and the process has been slowed down so as to allow proper investigations of both the child and potential adoptive parents after problems started to arise in the processes of a lot of countries. International treaties have been signed and implemented since then as well which has contributed to the slow down. Some countries, like Cambodia, Vietnam, and Liberia, have closed foreign adoption entirely. Angelina adopted through an agency and went through the same process everyone else went through at the time, it was just an easier, faster, and more open process back then.

Shiloh wanted to be called John because of a character she liked in an animated film. Its a typical kid thing to do. My kid wanted to change his name to Curly Fry when he was five because he liked curly fries. Kids are weird sometimes. People totally blew it out of proportion in some ridiculous attempt to paint a celebrity they didn't like in a bad light.
