U bolts through the rear seat mounting brackets, capped off with acorn nuts so they don't catch things. Works great!

what type of organizer do you have on the inside of the rear door?

That is a smittybuilt organizer. You can attach anything you would hook up to a molle panel as long as it clears any internal storage. Thanks for watching!
