Ahh you guys I can't explain how much I love this new bag! My body hatesss me right now but its so worth it. Awesome video and insight into home boxing gyms.... We have an in-Person Boxing studio and use the stand for our online RUclips classes.. It's a really awesome, doesn't move and gets the job done.. Amazon has them for sale again.. Take care everyone.. 👍😎

Good stuff you got there Stephanie nice gym area I love to hit the bag myself great workout tool for sure love resistant bands use those often as well you pretty much have everything you need to get them gains .
