I did this before and forgot how do I thought your video would help but sadly it didn’t. My stairs disappeared and so did my flooring. Not sure how it happened because I did exactly what you did 😢❤ You have a lovely soothing voice by the way. Really calmed me when the roof and everything disappearing annoyed me 😅

When trying to Make the attic I accidentally made a new version and it actually worked still nice tutorial make me laugh at myself for accidentally making a attic
Thanks for the helpful instructions! However, whenever I drag the roof pieces from left and right over towards the skylight, I'm left with walls in the middle of the room :/ How do I get rid of them?
That is awesome idea 🤯🤩 I tried it, and it looks so good! But I have an issue with reaching to the attick (in life and build mode), up and down arrows (page up and down) won’t let me get there. Can you help me please?

@@Sososaure you’re welcome! you have to put the walls all the way down, you can press the PgDn button on your keyboard or in the sims 4 at the top right of the screen it says “walls down view” next to the camera icon
When i drag the eaves it extends it both ways instead of just inwards so i end up with the roof a mile over the garden. Not sure what I'm doing wrong 😭
what do i have to do for my game to see this room AS a room? i mean during the day the whole room is pretty dark because the lights wont turn on because according to my game it is not part of the house, just outside surroundings (i have no idea how to explain this better in english sorry xdd)
It would be so cool if The Sims came out with an Attic bedroom pack, where we can customize the attic space.

I probably missed a step (language barrier :( ) but when I drag the roof to pull it above my furnitures it creates a wall under the roof :(
you need to drag the eave, you can pull just one by holding shift. hope this is what you mean!

When I try this the eaves on both sides of the roof piece changes, can`t drag just one side. So it won`t work. How to fix?

unfortunately because there are no walls or ceilings, the lighting will always look like that :(
