    Wow this machine must be super expensive, imagine how cool it would be to own a cnc machine and creating motors and parts

      Not always needed, depends on the cutter

      small carbide end-mill on steel ... if you use coolant there's a chance it will break the bit from the thermal stress. They run fine dry.

      How do you figure. Milling is about tool tip speed, depth of cut and material removed per cut. With that being such a small end mill...looks fine to me.
