I own one of these. I purchased it one Sunday evening when I was pissed as a poet on payday. totally impracticle for EDC. Hardly ever use it. Jaw droppingly bright. I sometimes illuminate the street in the early hours of the morning for about 5 seconds and then watch my neighbours turn on their bedroom lights, open their windows, then look to the sky.
i bought one for my camp in Maine , the local fire chief saw the light and realized it would be a great asset for nigh time recovery and search and rescue for the local volunteer fire station , THANK YOU IMALENT

Love to hear about how long the warranty is and how well they respond to a consumer complaint. Hate to have a broken $600 flashlight that I can't get repaired. That side of the business is just as important as the quality itself. These companies should understand that a happy customer translates to a positive review and consumer confidence becomes increased sales.
Definitely get it on Amazon because they force their sellers to give refunds. If buying it from other sources, one would have to ship it back to Shanghai and wait, and pray!
Omg! When you were going through the brightness settings @3:12, I thought you were starting from the brightest level. When it kept getting brighter, and brighter… two things happened: 1. It blew my mind, and 2. Imalent sold another light.
Not only can you signal God with this light, but anyone walking in front of it on Turbo will instantly burst into flames (a little scary the first time it happened) Very useful, I have found.

I bought the MS08 a few days ago, it's probably the best flashlight I've ever owned and I'm a flashlight nut. I have like 10 maglites, some other non-brand torch lights. The Imalent devices are super awesome.

I had a spotlight once that was somewhat comparable, and the thing would provide hours of entertainment just clicking it off and on. When something is that powerful, it can actually make you laugh.
GUYS RECOMMENDATION - to extend the longevity of the flash life and its battery never use the max setting. The 2nd most powerful is more more more than enough to incapacitate a person for self defense. I repeat it is more than your will ever need and keep the health of flash light in good health. Using max setting constantly drains its life

I really want a gi-gan-tor light, maybe on wheels...These lights require not unlike Laser systems, require so much power, the outcome or pathway to 100,000 L seems almost unreal. Super fun to play with, a low of 700L...geez.
So it is actually a sustainable 22,000 lm flashlight. It will makea great blinding light to a thief or attacker. After blinding them, you can take your time to eliminate them permantly! Sweet!

Btw..just picked up a Boker Advanced folding dagger…off of EBay..$244 shipped…it doesn’t have the same machining on the handle as the one you reviewed..but it is the same blade and handle silhouette..no Applegate Fairbairns moniker attached to it as well… Over the years I’ve seen, and miser out on some amazing custom folders that used the AF design as inspiration…this is (seems) a little bulky …but I have looked for it from time to time

Though I can’t account for its truthfulness, a reviewer on Amazon set a newspaper on fire in about six seconds. I am suspicious because the edge of the newspaper was out of frame, but I could also see how the focus of the light beam this bright could ignite the edge of paper. Another reviewer stated that he could not touch the front half of the light without leather gloves after a couple minutes of it being on its high setting(s). So… those might be a future tests. If true, the hazards of this light go beyond eye damage lol.

Their Website says 60 months full warranty and after 60 months the customer pays for parts but no labor charge.
I mean it's a flashlight.. I got one for 5 bucks in the 80s that's been through hell and it still works.

So I just bought one of these flashlights today and I found out there’s another mode push the button four times, and it cools itself down

I got the sr32 (120k) and this is very close to the power! 100k is still very bright
With the right cap to funnel all that light down through a small aperture I imagine you could start a fire with this thing.
You actually can, I’ve seen people start fires just by placing paper over the lens.
Any LED drop-in for any old style Maglite is just fine. Some are pushing out 5000 lumens which is just fine if you see one in person

My friend had two of this and fixed to he's raptor as a fog lamps. We take only the heads together with the module and fan and bypass the 6 modes.
This thing needs a pic rail adapter to mount on AR-15’s.
