@@patriciasauermann3805 I'm not sure if it's correct, but ny guess is that agave could mean something like sweetheart, since agave syrup is sweet (and/or because many nicknames for loved ones are after something sweet, i guess?😅 at least in finnish, though im not fluent in English)..? But maybe that could also be some kind of wordplay in German, perhaps? These are my best guesses, though I'm starting to question myself since neither of these options sounds logical to me now that I wrote them down😂

Hey you should try Asinan Bogor. Asinan = pickles, because they use green cabbage pickle (chinese style). Maybe you could use sauerkraut instead :). Other ingredients are shredded cabbage, carrot, mungbean sprout, cucumber, fried tofu and (traditionally) noodle crackers. Dressing is salt, sugar, chilli pepper, fried peanut, a bit vinegar. Blend until creamy. Most places make it a bit watery though. Add fried peanut for extra crunchiness.
Looks great! I personally prefer to add some protein to my salads so it is actually filling as a meal but it is a good base. I made some seitan and it would be perfect here😊
