Yes, to all of this!! I'm a firm believer in meal planning. I've had people tell me that meal planning is too restrictive. I feel it's just the opposite. It's freeing on so many levels, and you listed a lot of great benefits. Meal planning is very customizable, and there are many different approaches. I can't say enough about this topic, Lol. Thanks for sharing your great ideas and another delicious recipe.
Planning 2-3 meals at a time, works wonderfully for us! With changes to kid's sports, events, etc, it prevents me from wasting food or having it spoil. And the reality is, we don't like leftovers, so I plan meals with similar ingredients
