Carbonara VS Alfredo in Gaise. We try to pay our homage to the classic variation of carbonara from italy. We rendered bacon and emulfisified the fat using egg yolk and pasta water to create the sauce for our carbonara.
Different from our Alfredo which uses cream and chicken to give this pasta variation a distinct dairy taste.
