This was awesome, loved it. I use slip Ds multi rig style with 25lb braid same as Alfie pretty much, also use it combi style with a stiff boom and Albright knot the loop on. I also use it for pop ups too, works perfect for all fishing in my opinion.

Fantastic Podcast, I feel what we can all take from this is whatever rig you are confident with will work. Ironically, contrary to how the panel rated rig importance, they seemed to disprove that. Most of today's rigs catch carp simple as, and don't underestimate old skool rigs either.

So I have done some knot testing as well. I’m my experience with multiple different lines. The figure of eight has always performed better than the perfection. So the only time I use the perfection is when I want it to be perfectly straight.

Decent attempt from Nash lads there is some evidence from underwater filming showing Ronnie's being spat... .Surprised no one using a solid bags for bottom baits? Btw I love the Mult rig slip d it is a brilliant rig caught loads in the edge with it, but did lose what was a pb at the time after it went round my other line and suffered a hook pull like what Hassain was saying.
